Sunday Champagne Brunch at the Fullerton Hotel for Ange's Birthday

Sunday spells the day for Town Restaurant's indulgent Champagne Brunch , with a selection of Japanese, Italian, Western, Mediterranean and local cuisines, including fresh seafood with an unlimited flow of champagne, wines and fresh juices. Available on Sunday from 12 noon to 3.30pm (free-flow until 3pm).

Adam had called to invite me to the Fullerton Sunday brunch in celebration of Ange Laning's birthday. I had no Idea I was in for such a treat. The Fullerton is an incredible hotel with all the attention in the detail. We had 5 different buffet tables to choose from with everything tasting as good as it looked! Prawn, shell fish, sushi, mutton, beef, soups, eggs, cheeses, breads, desserts, and everything in between al yours for about 120SGD! The company was fantastic and complemented the food perfectly. I was soo busy blabbering on I did not even come close to testing all the food. This was probably a good thing as attempting such an eating endeavor for lack of better conversation might have killed me in sheer volume! It was fantastic to meet and talk to Adam's parents. Always good to see from whence people have come I say! If you ever feel the need to REALLY pamper yourself, all that is needed is some really good company, 120 dollars, and 4 hours at the Fullerton on a Sunday afternoon!
